Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan optimisme terhadap work family enrichment pada tenaga kesehatan wanita. Adapun hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan harga diri dan optimisme terhadap work family enrichment pada tenaga kesehatan wanita. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan wanita di salah satu Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Kota X dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala harga diri, skala optimisme dan skala work family enrichment. Skala tersebut diujicobakan terlebih dahulu pada 50 tenaga kesehatan wanita yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan sampel penelitian.References
