EDITORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Editorial Decisions
The editor has the final authority to decide which articles are suitable for publication. Decisions must be based solely on the article’s academic merit, clarity, and contribution to the field. Editors must adhere to journal policies and legal standards related to plagiarism, defamation, and copyright. When necessary, editors may consult with the editorial board or reviewers before making a final decision.

Equality and Fairness
Editors must assess manuscripts purely on their scholarly content without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political stance.

Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not share any part of the content with unauthorized individuals, except those directly involved in the review and publication process.

Conflict of Interest
Editors are prohibited from using unpublished materials disclosed in submitted manuscripts for their own research or personal benefit without written permission from the authors.

REVIEWER RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribution to Editorial Process
Reviewers assist editors in making publication decisions and provide constructive feedback to help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts.

Timeliness
If a reviewer feels unqualified to evaluate the content of a manuscript or is unable to complete the review within the designated timeframe, they should promptly inform the editor and withdraw from the process.

Confidentiality
All manuscripts under review must be treated as confidential documents and should not be discussed or distributed without the editor’s authorization.

Objectivity and Professionalism
Reviews should be conducted objectively and respectfully. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Comments and evaluations should be clearly supported by evidence and reasoning.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers should ensure that relevant previous work is properly cited and must notify the editor of any overlap or similarity between the submitted manuscript and other published work.

Conflict of Interest
Information or insights obtained during the review must not be used for personal advantage. Reviewers must decline participation if they have conflicts of interest arising from relationships or affiliations with any of the authors or institutions involved.

Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that may affect the interpretation of their research. All sources of funding must be transparently stated.

Correction of Errors
If authors identify significant errors in their published work, they must promptly notify the editor to revise or retract the article as necessary.
