COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) BAGI PENDERITA OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD) DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19

Pemaparan informasi secara terus-menerus dari berbagai media yang menyebabkan ketakutan, kecemasan, dan kepanikan di masa pandemi COVID-19 dapat memperburuk kondisi kesehatan mental dan gangguan kejiwaan, termasuk pada penderita Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya suatu metode atau suatu bentuk terapi yang dapat membantu mereka menangani gangguan tersebut. Studi ini merupakan studi literatur yang mencoba menelusuri bagaimana Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sebagai salah satu bentuk terapi bagi penderita Obsessive Compulsive Disorder di masa pandemi COVID-19. Mesin pencari (search engine) digunakan sebagai alat pencarian data dan terdapat 8 jurnal yang digunakan sebagai sumber data. Disimpulkan bahwa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dapat memperburuk gejala Obsessive Compulsive Disorder bagi penderitanya. Salah satu bentuk penanganan yang dapat efektif bagi masalah ini adalah dengan memberikan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy kepada penderita Obsessive Compulsive Disorder di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini membutuhkan penelitian lanjutan di lapangan.
