Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun model tes keterampilan dasar untuk penelusuran bakat calon atlet sepakbola KU 10-11 tahun yang sahih dan handal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi beberapa langkah penelitian yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall (2007, p.590) sebagai berikut: (1) studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, (2) perencanaan proses penelitian dan pengembangan, (3) validasi produk, (4) uji coba produk, (5) revisi produk, (6) implementasi produk. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan pada 30 testi, dan uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada 416 testi dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data validitas menggunakan Pearson’s Product Moment correlations dan reliabilitas menggunakan test-retest Cronbach’s Alpha. Z score digunakan untuk menyamakan bentuk satuan. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa model tes keterampilan dasar untuk penelusuran bakat calon atlet sepakbola KU 10-11 tahun. Model tes layak digunakan karena dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai rhitung lebih besar daripada nilai rtabel. Model tes keterampilan dasar untuk penelusuran bakat calon atlet sepakbola KU 10-11 tahun juga menghasilkan skala penilaian (norma) yang dikemas dalam buku pedoman (modul) dan visualisasi/tutorial tes (CD) yang efektif dan efisien dan dapat digunakan sebagai pegangan para pelatih pada pusat pembinaan sepakbola usia dini dalam proses penelusuran calon atlet dengan berbagai tingkat keberbakatan.
