Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Green Training, Green Recruitment and Selection, dan Green Empowerment terhadap Green Performance Management di Bengkel Sepeda Motor Ahass Bantul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer yaitu melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 214 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu double sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan uji validitas beserta uji reliabilitas program Smart (PLS) versi 4.0, dengan Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) sebagai basis pendekatannya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan apabila Green Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Performance Management, Green Recruitment and Selection berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Performance Management, dan Green Empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Performance Management.
