Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak, sebagian dan keseluruhan, dari motivasi kerja, keterlibatan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dianggap sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart (PLS) Versi 3.0. Program PLS menggunakan teknik Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa alih daya di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Terdapat 30 orang dalam populasi, dan semuanya berpartisipasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kepuasan kerja, tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berdampak pada kepuasan kerja.
