Abstrak

Hospitality is highly important in hospitality industry. However, only hospitality is not enough; the 7P (Price, Product, Place, Promotion, Presentation, Process, and People) marketing mix is also required to develop successful hospitality industry.In hospitality industry, service quality provided to guests is the main support; and this is backed up by the role of Public Relations ( PR ) in marketing the product, namely, to develop and maintain good relationship with every guest; and PR should maintain the reputation and image of the company in the community.
