DPD RI is a national level legislative body formed to represent regional interests so that information services in it become important to do. This research focuses on the stages of information services using the context of organizational communication and the Communication Constitution of Organization (CCO) theory. Qualitative methods are used to explore the depth and breadth of data by collecting information through in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation. The results of the study found that the communication patterns used in the DPD RI news division in the information service stage were found to be wheel and chain patterns. Communication that occurs in the news division of DPD RI is vertical in the form of instructions from superiors to subordinates
