PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS ORANG DEWASA
Abstract
Dewasa ini, penggunaan sosial media sangat populer bagi semua kalangan, termasuk orang dewasa. Penggunaan sosial media memiliki konsekuensi positif dan negatif yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kesejahteraan psikologis dapat menjadi tolak ukur untuk mengetahui kondisi mental individu. Tujuan dari review literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis orang dewasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah review literatur beberapa jurnal yang diambil dari Sage, Zlibrary, Sciencedirect, Cambridge, Springer. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa waktu yang dihabiskan ketika menggunakan media sosial berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis individu. Selain itu, kecemasan, depresi, dan social comparison memiliki keterkaitan dengan penggunaan media sosial sehingga menjadi tolak ukur kesejahteraan psikologis seseorang.References
