HUBUNGAN BURNOUT DENGAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE PADA KARYAWAN DI PT. X.

Keadaan beban kerja yang tidak sesuai, membuat subjek menjadi kesulitan menyeimbangkan peran antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadinya, sehingga hal tersebut memunculkan kelelahan pada subjek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-life balance dengan burnout pada karyawan PT. X. Terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara work-life balance dengan burnout pada karyawan PT. X. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. X. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human-Services Survey (MBI-HSS) dan Work-life balance Scale. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh korelasi (rxy) = -0,703 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,001 (p<0,05). Maka diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara work-life balance dengan burnout pada karyawan PT. X, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,490 yang menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memberi sumbangan efektif sebesar 49% terhadap burnout dan sebesar 51% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
