HARGA DIRI DAN NOMOPHOBIA PADA REMAJA PEREMPUAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara harga diri dan kecenderungan nomophobia pada remaja perempuan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, penelitian ini melibatkan 150 remaja perempuan berusia 12-21 tahun yang menggunakan ponsel cerdas. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala harga diri dan skala nomophobia, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara harga diri dan nomophobia. Remaja dengan harga diri yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kecenderungan nomophobia yang lebih rendah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meningkatkan harga diri dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengurangi ketergantungan berlebihan pada ponsel di kalangan remaja perempuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa harga diri berperan penting dalam memengaruhi tingkat nomophobia, sehingga intervensi yang berfokus pada peningkatan harga diri dapat membantu dalam mengurangi risiko nomophobia.
