PERAN KEBERSYUKURAN DAN RESILIENSI TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING DALAM BEKERJA PADA GURU HONORER DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kebersyukuran dan resiliensi terhadap subjective well-being dalam bekerja pada guru honorer di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru honorer di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan masa kerja minimal tiga tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 384 guru honorer di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari 276 perempuan dan 108 laki-laki. Alat ukur yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu subjective well-being dalam bekerja, kebersyukuran, dan resiliensi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan koefisien R=0,569, R square=0,567, dan nilai F=251,29 (p<0,01). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebersyukuran dan resiliensi memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan terhadap subjective well-being dalam bekerja guru honorer di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Besarnya sumbangan efektif antara kebersyukuran dan resiliensi dengan subjective well-being dalam bekerja sebesar 56,7%.
