Pengaruh Metode Latihan dan Power Terhadap Kecepatan Lari 60 Meter Siswa SMA Olahraga Sriwijaya

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) perbedaan pengaruh latihan lari jarak pendek beban linear dan nonlinear, (2) perbedaan prestasi lari 60 meter siswa power besar dan kecil, dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan power terhadap prestasi lari 60 meter. Metode eksperimen faktorial 2 x 2. Power otot tungkai menggunakan standing broad jump dan tes lari 60 meter menggunakan kecepatan lari 60 meter. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh latihan lari jarak pendek beban linear dan beban nonlinear terhadap prestasi lari 60 meter, terbukti p = 0,000 < 0,05, metode latihan beban nonlinear lebih baik dibandingkan linear; (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh prestasi lari 60 meter siswa dengan power besar dan kecil, terbukti nilai p = 0,005 < 0,05, siswa dengan power besar lebih baik dibandingkan power kecil; dan (3) Ada interaksi antara metode latihan beban linear dan nonlinear dengan power terhadap prestasi lari 60 meter, terbukti nilai p = 0,042 < 0,05.
