Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja dan Keberlangsungan UMKM

UMKM merupakan industri kreatif yang cenderung memiliki orientasi jangka pendek dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis. Umumnya, pelaku UMKM belum memiliki informasi yang terorganisasi mengenai kondisi keuangan, pangsa pasar, dinamika persaingan dan rekam jejak manajemen. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkaya pengetahuan dalam mengelola keuangan adalah dengan menggunakan literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kabupaten Depok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada objek penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah tiga sektor UMKM yang mendominasi di Kabupaten Depok yaitu sektor industri kriya, kuliner dan fesyen yang berjumlah 330 UMKM. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 UMKM dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Model persamaan struktural berbasis partial least square digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kabupaten Depok. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan pemahaman literasi keuangan yang baik diharapkan pelaku UMKM mampu mengambil keputusan keuangan dan manajemen yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
