Important factors to consider in sweet corn cultivation for optimal growth and yield include nutritional needs that must be met, both micro and macro nutrients. The effectiveness of fertilization is influenced by the type, concentration or dosage, method, and timing of fertilizer application. This research aims to determine the combination of biological and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of sweet corn. The research was conducted at the Gunung Bulu Experimental Garden, Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta, from September to November 2024. The research used a single factor design with five treatments: K0 = Without Biological Fertilizer + (300kg/ha NPK + 200kg/ha Urea). K1 = 10ml/Liter PGPR + (225kg/ha NPK + 150kg/ha Urea). K2 = 10ml/Liter PGPR + (150kg/ha NPK + 100kg/ha Urea). K3 = 10ml/Liter PGPR + (75kg/ha NPK + 50kg/ha Urea). K4 = 15ml/Liter PGPR + Without Inorganic Fertilizer. The research used a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications. Each experimental unit consisted of 12 plants. The results showed that the application of various doses of PGPR Bioferti and inorganic fertilizers NPK + Urea resulted in sweet corn growth and yield that were just as good as the growth and yield of sweet corn given inorganic fertilizer alone.
