Publication Ethics
Publication Ethics
The ethical principles of the Journal of Management Economics and Accounting are based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for journal editors. The editorial board is committed to following these international principles.
The ethical principles adopted are binding on the editorial board, reviewers and authors.
Editorial Board
The editor-in-chief makes the final decision whether an article will be accepted and published. Publication criteria are the quality and scientific significance of the article without regard to the race, gender, nationality, religion or political beliefs of the author. The editorial board may not disclose any information regarding submissions, or use it for any other purpose.
Writer
All article authors must have made significant intellectual contributions to the research. Submission of a manuscript implies that its publication has been internally approved and acknowledged by all authors, if any, and authorized by the institution to which the author belongs. The publisher is not legally responsible if there are claims in any form.
Submissions may not be published earlier or considered for publication elsewhere.
Reviewers
Submitted works undergo a double blind review process, where the identities of the authors and reviewers are not disclosed. Reviewers should decline a review request if they do not have sufficient expertise, or if they cannot complete the review within a maximum of one month. Reviewers must notify the editor of any possible conflicts of interest or irregularities related to the article being reviewed. Any article accepted for review must be treated as a confidential document.
