Blind Review
Periodic scientific articles submitted to JMEA will be selected by the administration and scoup by the editor-in-chief. The result is either rejected or accepted with the note that it will be forwarded to the reviewer.
Reviewers will receive articles from the editor without including the author's name.
The review results from the reviewers will go back to the editorial board and journal manager to be sent to the author for correction.
The results of the improvement from the author will get the following conclusions:
- Rejected
- Mayor's Revision
- Minor Revisions
- No Revisions
