Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Technical Guidelines

  1. First time authors need to register for the International Conference on Psychology (ICoP).
  2. Authors upload the article file on the official ICoP website.
  3. Authors present their research papers at the conference.
  4. Each manuscript will be reviewed by two reviewers (double blind method).
  5. Authors can monitor the process on the ICoP website.

Writing Guidelines

  1. The manuscript must use the ICoP format.
  2. The manuscript is written in English
  3. The manuscript is a scientific paper that has never been published.
  4. The manuscript must be free of plagiarism. The similarity limit is less than 25% (Turnitin).
  5. Citation and reference using citation manager application (Mendeley, Endnote, etc.)

Retractions will be considered if results are invalid or ethical guidelines have been violated (i.e. applicable cases of plagiarism and ghostwriting).
