Penerimaan Teknologi Informasi Employee System Dengan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model

Orientasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi informasi Gamatechno Employee Sistem (GES) dengan memodifikasi model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang di kembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989. Sampel dipilih dengan Teknik non random sampling adalah teknik sampling yang tidak memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Purposive sampling Arikunto (2006) teknik mengambil sampel dengan tidak berdasarkan random, daerah atau strata, melainkan berdasarkan atas adanya pertimbangan yang berfokus pada tujuan tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived ease of use terhadap perceived of usefulness karyawan pada PT. Gamatechno Indonesia. (2) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived ease of use terhadap Acceptance Of GES pada PT. Gamatechno Indonesia. (3) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan perceived of usefulness terhadap acceptance of GES pada PT. Gamatechno Indonesia.
