Analisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada BPR Danagung Bakti

Kinerja adalah hasil atau pencapaian seseorang secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu di dalam melaksanakan tugas dibandingkan dengan berbagai kemungkinan, sepeti standar hasil kerja, target atau sasaran atau kriteria yang telah disepakati bersama. Suatu organisasi perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja pada karyawan BPR Danagung Bakti Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden sebanyak 81 orang karyawan, yang ditentukan melalui metode proportional stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi yang dirasakan, semakin kuat kepemimpinan transformasional, dan semakin tinggi self efficacy karyawan, maka semakin tinggi kinerja yang dihasilkan.Referensi
