Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan bagaimana dampak kepercayaan dan partisipasi karyawan pada kinerja tidak berwujud. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan judgement sampling diperoleh responden penelitian yang dilakukan pada karyawan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Merauke Papua sebanyak 117 yang berasal dari 39 UKM. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah multiple regression. Variable penelitian mengadopsi dari Mouler (2009) skala likert 5 poin. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variable kepercayaan dan partisipasi berpengaruh kuat dan positif terhadap kinerja tidak berwujud.Referensi
