Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kesuksesan implementasi enterprise resources planning dengan pendekatan updated delone and mclean information system success model

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) mempunyai fungsi utama mengotomasi dan mengintregrasikan seluruh aktivitas perusahaan kedalam satu system dengan basis data tunggal. Sistem ERP menggabungkan proses bisnis antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, perusahaan dengan supplier, dan proses perhitungan keuangan perusahaan. Critical Factor Success (CFS) implementasi ERP dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya budaya organisasi, dukungan top management, alih teknologi, pelatihan dan training, pengukuran kesuksesan implementasi ERP dengan menggunakan updated DeLone & McLean Information System Success model (updated D & M IS Success  Model) merupakan salah satu model yang banyak dikembangkan dalam penelitian sehingga dalam penelitian ini digunakan model tersebut. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor budaya organisasi sebagai faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP, dan pengujian model yang dikembangkan oleh DeLone and McLean (2003) pada implementasi ERP di Indonesia. Alat analisis dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) pada program Amos versi 18. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan, bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP dengan p value = 0.048, dan hasil pengujian model (updated D & M IS Success  Model), diperoleh hasil pengujian yang mempunyai nilai p value lebih besar dari 0.05 (tidak signifikan berpengaruh pada a = 5%) yaitu: US ß IQ dengan p value = 0.224 (information quality tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap user satisfaction), dan NB ß US dengan p value = 0.101 (user satisfaction tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap net benefit).
