Analisa Penerimaan Sistem Pakar Penentuan Jenis Kulit Wajah Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penerimaan pengguna sistem pakar penentuan jenis kulit wajah menggunakan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengukur pengaruh antar variabel dalam model TAM meliputi variabel PEU, PU, ATU, BI dan AU. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian dilakukan dengan uji statistik. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda meliputi validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan menguji pengaruh faktor. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner kepada 300 responden dan yang kembali 180 responden pada dua klinik Nikeysha dan Klinik Lodoyo.
