HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SUAMI DENGAN NILAI POSITIF PEKERJA-KELUARGA PADA IBU BEKERJA

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between husband support and work-family enhancement on working mothers. The hypothesis of this study is there a relationship between husband support and work-family enhancement on working mothers. Characteristics of research subjects in this study: (1) subjects lived together with her husband and had children under the age of 12 years who lived with the subject, (2) working full time. Data collection tool used in this study: work-family enhancement scale and the scale of support for her husband. Techniques of analysis in this research using partial correlation techniques. The results showed association with the husband's support and work-family enhancement on working mothers. Keywords: support of her husband, work-family enhancement
