KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA PADA IBU YANG BEKERJA DITINJAU DARI DUKUNGAN SUAMI

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship with husband support and work-family conflict on working mothers. The hypothesis of this study is there a relationship with husband support and work-family conflict on working mothers. Characteristics of research subjects in this study: (1) subjects lived together with her husband and had children under the age of 12 years who lived with the subject, (2) working full time. Data collection tool used in this study: work-family conflict scale and the scale of husband support . Techniques of analysis in this research using partial correlation techniques. The results showed association with the husband support and work-family confict on working mothers. Keywords: husband support, work-family conflict
