PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN STUDY PADA MAHASISWA PADA UNIVERSITAS “X”

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of trust on commitment only between superiors and subordinates, in this case, between faculty and students. The study was conducted at a university "X" in Surakarta - Central Java Respondents 100 students. From the research results using simple regression analysis found that there is a very strong influence of trust and commitment. The results of this research as well as to test the assumptions of classical as , heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation
