STUDI PUSTAKA PENGARUH PERSEPSI TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KETERLIBATAN KERJA

Abstract

Dalam menyongsong era society 5.0 dibutuhkan karyawan yang dapat berkontribusi optimal dalam organisasi. Dibutuhkan keterlibatan aktif dari karyawan. Karyawan dengan prestasi tinggi dan mempunyai keahlian khusus merupakan harapan bagi organisasi untuk siap menghadapi tantangan ke depan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi tentang tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Perlu ditelaah lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana membangun keterlibatan kerja. Cara persepsi karyawan terhadap tanggung jawab sosial
perusahaan serta cara bersikap karyawan dalam komitmen organisasi ada kaitannya dengan keterlibatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan pengkajian adalah studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian persepsi tentang tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap keterlibatan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Kata kunci: persepsi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja.
