The Influence of Farmers Characteristics on the Income of Inpari 32 Rice Farmers in Ngalang, Gedangsari, Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Ngalang Village is located in Kapanewon Gedangsari, Gunungkidul Regency, known as one of the rice producing centers in Gunungkidul. This study aims to determine the analysis of farming businesses and the influence of land area, farming experience, and education level on the income of rice farmers in Ngalang Village, Gedangsari, Gunungkidul. This study was conducted from November to December 2025. The data required in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a random sampling method. The data obtained from the study were then analyzed using SPSS version 31. The type of research used is quantitative research (survey). The data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the farming business is feasible to run. Land area, farming experience, education level simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of rice farmers of the Inpari 32 variety in Ngalang Village, Gedangsari, Gunungkidul. Land area, farming experience, and education level partially significantly influence the income of Inpari 32 rice farmers in Ngalang Village, Gedangsari, Gunungkidul. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variables contribute 46.9% to the dependent variable.
