Avocado is one of the horticultural commodities that has a very high economic value. In its cultivation practice, there are often brown spot pathogen attacks on leaves caused by the fungus Colletotrichum sp. Identification of pathogenic fungi can be done morphologically and molecularly. The results of observations showed that the spots that attacked avocado leaves were Colletotrichum sp. which caused symptoms of yellow spots then became blackish brown with further symptoms of spots turning white and causing necrosis, namely tissue death.
