About the Journal

Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology (JFAT) is  peer-reviewed journal and scientific journal  published by Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta.  The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the field of food technology and agriculture. Scope of this journal is ; Chemistry, microbiology and biotechnology aspects of food, food and material engineering, physical / chemical / sensory properties of food, food quality and safety, agriculture technology, nutraceuticals, functional foods and functional ingredients, applied research related to food , and waste / by-product management in food processing
Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology (JFAT) publishing an article are biannual. The schedule for publishing are: 1) Issue Number 1 in April in each volume. Submission deadline March, 15th. 2) Issue Number 2 in November in each volume. Submission deadline October, 15th. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission will be processed for next issue
