Efektivitas pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku pengasuh orang dengan Skizofrenia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan keluarga dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mendampingi Orang Dengan Skizofrenia (ODS). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengasuh ODS yang mengikuti pelatihan tersebut berjumlah 25 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan one group pre-posttest design. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick yang mencakup reaksi partisipan terhadap proses pelatihan, perubahan pengetahuan, dan perubahan perilaku pengasuh. Reaksi partisipan dan perubahan pengetahuan dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan perubahan perilaku dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan puas dengan pelatihan ini; pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan mental pengasuh, dengan t(25) = -16,3 p < 0,01. Perubahan perilaku pengasuh di eksplorasi menggunakan wawancara pada partisipan. Ada tiga tema perubahan perilaku yang muncul paska pelatihan, yaitu niteni (memperhatikan perilaku ODS), wanti-wanti (mewaspadai dan mencegah gejala kambuh), mbombong (memuji ODS), dan resetting pikiran (mengubah pola pikir dan sikap pengasuh terhadap ODS).
