Abstract
This research was aimed to know biogas production consist of the mixture of cattle and pigs waste within three levels. The treatment consist of 75% pigs waste; 25 % cattle waste (P1), 50% pigs waste; 50% cattle waste (P2) and 25% pigs waste; 75% cattle waste (P3). The observed variable consist of dry matter waste (DM), substrat, pH, C/N ratio, environmental and digester temperature, the maximal biogas product and the total of biogas. The research showed that the DM waste of P1 = 29,35%; P2= 25,98% and P3 = 80,88%. The DM of substrat P1 = 7,94%, P2 = 7,84% and P3 = 7,76%. pH of P1 = 7,59; P2 and P3 = 7,44. CN ratio P1 = 11,82; P2 = 10,32 and P3 = 8,81. The avarage of digester temperature P1 = 26,160C; P2 = 26,380C and P3 = 26,280C with the environmental temperature was between 270C to 300C. The total of biogas production within 30 days retention was P1 = 2195,20 (l/1 atm/290C); P2 = 2098,77 0C (l/1 atm/290C) and P3 = 2224,83 (l/1 atm/290C) showed the different was not significant, while the biogas production tended to be higher rather than (P1) and (P2) and the maximum biogas production reached on the 21st to 25th day.
