KEPEMIMPINAN AUTENTIK DAN KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN MILLENNIAL

Abstract


Keterikatan kerja pada karyawan generasi millennial tidak terlepas dari sosok pemimpin yang mendukung, sehingga dapat memunculkan produktivitas kinerja karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan autentik terhadap keterikatan kerja pada generasi millennial di Indonesia. Metode pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan skala yang terdiri atas skala kepemimpinan autentik, yaitu Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ) dan skala work engagement, yaitu Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 partisipan dengan rentang usia 20-30 tahun yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal selama satu bulan. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik berkorelasi positif dengan keterikatan kerja.
