Dampak Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Strategi Hijau Pada Budaya Organisasi: Fenomena Indonesia

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan sumbangsih teori dan praktis atas pentingnya strategi hijau (green strategy) yang dapat diadopsi kedalam budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan. Target khusus yang hendak dicapai adalah mengajak para usahawan untuk memperhatikan permasalahan lingkungan hijau dengan strategi yang dapat dikolaborasikan pada budaya organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan dua (2) metode yaitu analisa regresi (regression analysis) dan analisis regresi moderasi (Moderated regression analysis). Hasil yang diperoleh, menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi (budaya hierarkhi, budaya kelompok, budaya pengembangan, dan budaya rasional) pada kinerja perusahaan, dan strategi hijau memperkuat budaya organisasi pada kinerja perusahaan.
