Peran gaya kepemimpinan transformasional key user terhadap kesuksesan implementasi enterprise resource planning

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan system yang mampu mengintregrasikan seluruh aktivitas perusahaan kedalam satu system dengan basis data tunggal, implementasi ERP akan sukses ketika visi dan misi perusahaan dalam hal penerapan ERP bisa dipahami oleh semua pihak, dari top management, key user, sampai end user. Untuk mengawal system ERP dalam implementasinya, kehadiran pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan transfromasional sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti tentang gaya kepemimpinan transformasional key user terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ERP. Kesuksesan implementasi ERP dalam penelitian ini menggunakan updated DeLone & McLean Information System Success model (updated D & M IS Success Model), yang merupakan salah satu model yang banyak dikembangkan dalam penelitian sehingga dalam penelitian ini digunakan model tersebut. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP, dan pengujian model yang dikembangkan oleh DeLone and McLean (2003) pada implementasi ERP. Alat analisis dengan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) pada program Amos versi 18. dengan lokasi penelitian di PT. PLN (persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan, bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional key user mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi ERP dengan p value = 0.000, dan hasil pengujian model (updated D & M IS Success Model), diperoleh hasil pengujian yang mempunyai nilai p value lebih besar dari 0.05 (tidak signifikan berpengaruh pada alva = 5%) yaitu: service quality tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, dan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah; system quality, dan information quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction.References
