Entrepreneurial Intention pada Mahasiswa: Peran Career Adaptability dan Dukungan Sosial

Banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa maupun lulusan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara career adaptability dan dukungan sosial terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid –19. Responden terdiri dari 120 mahasiswa di Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online yang terdiri atas tiga skala yaitu skala entrepreneurial intention, skala career adaptability, dan skala dukungan sosial. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear ganda dan menghasilkan adanya pengaruh career adaptability dan dukungan sosial terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Mahasiswa yang melaporkan tingkat career adaptability dan dukungan sosial yang lebih tinggi juga melaporkan entrepreneurial intention yang lebih tinggi. Career adaptability dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama menyumbang 37,5% varian dalam tingkat entrepreneurial intention, dengan dukungan sosial memberikan kontribusi terbesar. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi untuk meningkatkan entrepreneurial intention melalui perencanaan karier dan pembentukan sistem dukungan sosial.
