PENGARUH PEMUPUKAN TERHADAP HASIL DAN KOMPONEN HASIL BEBERAPA HIBRIDA HARAPAN JAGUNG DALAM UJI MULTI LOKASI DI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Research to evaluate the yield and some yield components of maize hybrids hope Polyteknik Negeri Lampung assembly results, has been carried out in the Research Field of the University of Mercu Buana Yogyakarta in June to Okteober 2010. Eight varieties of hope and 2 varieties of commercial varieties BISI NK 22 and 16 have been tested in the treatment of organic fertilizer, chemical (urea + SP-36 and KCL) and the combination of organic and chemical fertilizers. That thirtieth treatments cobinations were arranged in the field using randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replications, so the whole experiment there were 90 units. The result showed that among the ten varieties tested, G varieties did not grow. Fertilization in combination of organic and chemical fertilizers affect on better yield and yield components . Varieties that produce the highest dry seed and high yield components which are varieties of H, I, J while the varieties E, A and B produces the lowest. Qualitative observations which consist of the percentage of crop harvested, the age of physiological maturity, percent of fell, orientation sit leaf, root growth and percentage of downy mildew attacks there were no significant differences between varieties.
